“Just took delivery of our new Gleam last week, delivery was smooth and Mark was great and a professional to represent this product. Our front access door has the top 2 mounting bolts located too high and is very hard to install back on. They sent a service tech out and new door is coming…a simple problem to correct!I noticed it is corrected at the store display unit. Overall this new Gleam is great! Good jet locations that really help massage, controls at first was confusing but a little time with it now has us understanding it. We had a Landmark model since 1998 and I did not want a smaller tub when first deciding which way to proceed, we are excited with our new tub. Lots of room looks great on the deck!”

“I’m on my second Hot Springs Spa after trading up a few years ago from a Jetsetter unit, and I recommend this spa company to everyone! Truly portable and economical and easy to clean and refill, as well as the Ozonater feature being a benefit most other companies don’t offer. As for service, I get the Valet clean, service and refill every 3-4 months and have been very pleased with technicians caring for my Oregon Hot Springs Spa. Skip the other brands in favor of the best!”

“I have been shopping around for a hot tub for years and years. Finally this was going to be the year I would finally buy one. I looked at all of my options, Costco, online stores, lots of hot tub shops. I decided to go with Oregon Hot Tub. Hot tubs are not cheap and if I am going to spend a lot of money on something I want to get exceptional customer service. I knew buying my tub from anyone else would be a hassle. Other companies would only deliver the hot tub to the curb, or driveway.

Oregon Hot Tub set up my tub and placed it exactly where I wanted it to go. Free of charge. If something goes wrong with my tub, I want to be able to call a local company that will stand behind their product. I don’t want to call some random 800 number hoping someone will take care of my issue. I might have paid a little more than I would have for a no name tub. But I know I will save money and time, energy with my Oregon Hot tub in the long run.I ended up purchasing the Limelight Flair. We love our new tub. It is so nice knowing it is on waiting for me to get in at anytime of the day, it is heated and ready to go. I love the hydrotherapy jets, they are very powerful and help sooth my sore muscles.

I got the ACE water system, so we have salt water. It is great; we use just a tiny amount of chlorine in the tub, so it makes the water feel clean soft. I ended up getting the cover lifter, what a great thing. I can open my tub up with one hand, and not have to worry about lifting a lid off, especially here in Oregon when it is raining. I don’t want to spend any extra time outside in the rain messing with a lid. We have had our tub for 2 months now and we use it about 3-4 times a week, it has become a wonderful part of our daily rituals.I would defiantly recommend Oregon Hot tub if you want an excellent product and outstanding customer service.”

“I’d been wanting a hot tub for 25 years when, in the spring of 2011, I was shopping for one to have installed as part of a major home-remodeling project. My wife and I were visiting another couple when our friends invited us to join them for a soak in their new Hot Spring spa. We were delighted with the experience and quickly purchased one for ourselves, a Sovereign model with the Salt Water System. We love it! It’s easy to maintain, the water’s always soothing and gentle on our skin and eyes, and there’s no strong chlorine smell. In fact, usually there’s little or none at all.We use our spa often — four or five times a week or more — together and/or individually and sometimes with friends. Our spa is on a patio, sheltered by the roof of an open-sided pavilion. So we are able to indulge in relaxing and rejuvenating soaks whenever we want — year-’round, in all kinds of weather — and we do. That’s wonderful, especially when it snows. We now wish we hadn’t waited so long to own something we enjoy so much!”

“I have had great service for the past 16 years. Recently, I needed my recirculation pump and ozonator replaced. Scheduling an appointment was easy, and the service call was prompt.Lonnie, the service technician, was on time as usual, and he repaired my hot tub with about 1 hour. He answered all my questions. He has been at my house before, always with a great attitude and with a smile on his face. Also, I have had great help from Ed Oquist, the service coordinator. “We wanted advice about the purchase of a used Jetsetter we were considering but were hesitant to stop by the Hot Springs Showroom for fear of being snubbed. To our surprise Jay was the exact opposite of what we expected. He took the time to explain to us what we needed to evaluate on the tub in order to determine if everything worked and had been maintained properly. He said, “I just want to see you make a good decision” and encouraged us to call if we had any questions. We were able to buy the tub with confidence thanks to his help.Once we got it home, he was hugely helpful in getting the wiring and then the chemicals dialed in. “We have been owners of ONLY Oregon Hot Tubs since 1989. We researched all the spas and decided Hot Springs was the top of the line. We started with the “dog bowl” with 110 amps. Then we graduated to the 220 on our second spa and now we are on our fourth. Due to buying and selling of our homes in Scappoose and Hillsboro and then moving here in Central Oregon, we have experienced four different models. We have NEVER been without a Hot Spring Spa since 1989 and we use it every day we are home even in minus degree weather here in Central Oregon!We like the moto-massage, the strong jets, the maintenance support and the ease of keeping the chemicals balanced. The one thing we have regretted was that their warranty only goes five years. It would be nice to be able to purchase an extended warranty through the Company.Want the best? Buy a Hot Spring Spa!”

“I love the ACE salt water system. I was skeptical at first when talking with our sales person. We decided that we would give it a go. Because of the ACE system, the tub basically maintains itself. We no longer have to be constantly adjusting and adding chemicals.This may sound rediculous, but we both really love the “bar top” lighting. It’s just one more little touch offered on a Hot Spring tub that adds so much to our enjoyment.Lastly, the service we receive from the staff at the showroom, to the service department. We had a minor problem and the showroom staff walked me through several commons issues that may have caused our problems. None of those fixes worked, so he set up an email alert for the service department to call me Monday morning. They called first thing and had someone out to fix our problem quickly.

I could go on an on. We love our Hot Spring Spa. We love our last one and it lasted over 16 years!”

“Just had to write and say “THANK YOU, Jack!” I just had my Jettsetter delivered, and the smoothest delivery ever. The guys were so professional, fast and explained everything perfectly.I am sitting here writing on my laptop next to my spa as it is quietly running, smelling the fresh water as it is heating. Can hardly wait to get into it when it reaches temperature.Jack, from the Beaverton showroom, could not have been more helpful. He was so patient with me, as I was looking for something much smaller than my old dinosaur. I think we came back three times before I decided. He really educated me about the features I might want and need, and although I had pretty much decided on a [competitor's model], I’m glad I took his advice and did a wet test on both. Absolutely not even a question which one to buy after that. I was so relaxed after using the Hot Spring jets, I could have taken a nap in my car.

“We have had our Hotspring Spa now for about 6 years and we couldn’t imagine life without it! It is so relaxing after a long day at work, a little glass of wine, a little music under the stars……it doesn’t get any better. We love Dale out at your Clackamas location. He and the crew out there are always so helpful every time we come in. Sometimes we stop by just to say “Hi”. Plus, whoever invented the new “SILK BALANCE” should win the “Nobel Peace Prize”. “I had a very old classic hotsprings – I’m guessing it lasted about 25-30 years. When it finally gave up a few months ago, I realized I was not going to be able to live without a spa. I had been going to Oregon Hottub for years for chemicals, parts and repair service so I started there.The whole process was amazingly easy! From Jack in the showroom, Trina coordinating everything for me, to Paul, Mark and Craig – even the crane operator, Chris, was awesome! “One of our primary reasons for choosing Hot Spring for our nightly vacation rental beach homes is because of the overall quality: electronics and motherboards last, pumps and motors hold up, heaters and ozonators are consistent and reliable, even the skirts and covers do well. Hot tubs are a substantial purchase, but the expense of operating a Hot Spring spa is minimal. In most cases, we can not see a difference in our electric costs. With the super insulation, our chemical costs are also minimal. To date, repairs have been zero…Would we buy another Hot Spring spa? Yes, and without reservation. Each time we need a spa, we go through the same shopping process and always end up at Oregon Hot Tub. Our guests love them, our maintenance staff loves them, and we love them. Because the quality is so good, we are able to spend more on the initial purchase instead of constantly repairing a cheaper spa.
