| "I love the ACE salt water system. I was skeptical at first when talking with our sales person. We decided that we would give it a go. Because of the ACE system, the tub basically maintains itself. We no longer have to be constantly adjusting and adding chemicals. This may sound rediculous, but we both really love the "bar top" lighting. It's just one more little touch offered on a Hot Spring tub that adds so much to our enjoyment. Lastly, the service we receive from the staff at the showroom, to the service department. We had a minor problem and the showroom staff walked me through several commons issues that may have caused our problems. None of those fixes worked, so he set up an email alert for the service department to call me Monday morning. They called first thing and had someone out to fix our problem quickly. I could go on an on. We love our Hot Spring Spa. We love our last one and it lasted over 16 years!"
