Warranty Pre-Expiration Service

Before the warranty expires on your Hot Spring® spa—Hot Spring, Tiger River®, Hot Spot®, Solana®, or Limelight®—make sure to schedule a warranty pre-expiration service. This service could potentially save you hundreds of dollars in post-warranty repairs. With this service, a certified technician will perform a thorough inspection of your hot tub, including equipment, plumbing, cabinet, jets, controls, electrical, and shell. If anything is running improperly, Oregon HotSpring Spas will make every effort to process any parts and labor under warranty.*

This service is available for the price of a standard service call. To schedule this service, complete the online repair form. Make sure to have your hot tub’s serial number and to check the warranty pre-expiration service box in the repair form.

Estimated date for your hot tub’s Warranty Pre-Expiration Service:

  • Hot Spring and Tiger River—prior to five-year anniversary
  • Limelight— prior to three-year anniversary
  • Hot Spot— prior to two-year anniversary
  • Solana— prior to one-year anniversary
