| "When we first decided that we wanted a hot tub, the only thing we knew was it should be an Oregon Hot Tub. So we purchased the Classic. It gave us many years of enjoyment. When the Classic started to have trouble with the pump, we had long discussions on what our hot tub “wants” really were. We knew that we still wanted an Oregon Hot Tub based on the quality of service and support. My 70 plus year old friend was having trouble with her 5 year old hot tub around the same time we were looking at upgrading our hot tub. I remember her having lots of trouble getting someone out to repair her hot tub. It seemed like her hot tub was nothing but a money pit. It was broke down more often than not. She bought a used one and it also broke down. We knew we could count on Oregon Hot Springs. David went to the Oregon Hot Tub store to do some research on new models. Michael Darby provided him with all the information he needed for an informed purchase and even called me to see if it was okay to e-mail me his recommendations. I was able to print the information and look it over on my break and lunch time. David and I discussed what we liked about the different models and I arranged to get done with work early enough on Friday to go over to the show room and look at the models we had narrowed it down to. Michael was working that Friday and answered our final questions and made a recommendation based on our preferences. He looked up the availability of the model we thought we had narrowed our choice down to and let us know that he could extend the special pricing that we had just missed out on. David and I went home with all the additional information and did some measuring to double check if our choice of hot tub would fit. We showed up before the store opened on Saturday and Michael opened early so we could take one last look to finalize our decision. After the purchase was complete, Michael gave us his cell phone number to make sure when the new Oregon Hot Tub arrived that we would be able to call him and get the start up completed as quickly as possible so we could start enjoying our new hot tub. Michael also made a recommendation on an electrician we could contact in our area. The electrician was very professional and fit us in quickly so that we could get the new hot tub hooked up with-in hours of its delivery. We were very pleased to be able to get into our new hot tub so quickly (in time for my birthday)! Our new hot tub has more jets than our Classic and the jets are in the spots that we use them the most (on our legs, feet and lower back). Michael’s suggestion to go with the salt water system has made maintenance and chemical upkeep easier than before. We each have our own favorite reclining spot in our new hot tub. We enjoy the fact that the new hot tub is deeper than the Classic. I’m sure we will be enjoying our Oregon Hot Tub for years to come.
